Congratulations to...

2009 EWGA Chapter Championship
After qualifying at the Chapter Championship on Saturday, June 27 at Crystal Springs Quarry Golf Course, six members advanced to the  Eastern Midwest Region Semi-Finals at Landmark Golf Club at Avalon in  Lenoir City, TN on August 1.   Members who competed in the Semi-Finals near Knoxville, TN included:

2nd flight:   Kim Saucier and Debbie Hope 

3rd flight:    Mary Koomar and Rosalie Alongi

4th flight:    Patti Means and Jackie Dixon


Four St. Louis Chapter members received trophies:  

   Debbie Hope, 2nd place low net, 2nd flight

   Mary Koomar, 2nd place low net, 3rd flight

   Jackie Dixon, 3rd place low gross, 4th flight

   Patti Means, 1st place low gross, 4th flight


Each 1st low gross and 1st low net winner in each stroke play flight advances to the EWGA Championship Finals, a two-day, 36-hole event on September 25-26, 2009 at The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, FL.  Patti Means advanced to the finals for fourth flight, finishing  in the middle of the pack.




2008 EWGA Chapter Championship
Our 2008 Chapter Championship took place at Crystal Spring Quarry Golf Course on June 28, 2008.  Nineteen members competed.  The following six members qualified for the Semi-Finals:  
2nd Flight:  Debbie Hope and Kim Saucier
3rd Flight:  Mary Koomar and Rosalie Alongi
4th Flight:  Jackie Dixon and Nancy Rodney
Jackie Dixon qualified for the finals with other talented EWGA members across the United States and placed 2nd low net in her flight.  Congratulations, Jackie!  We are so proud of you!!!
